About
My name is Lauren, photography and graphic design have been a passion and outlet of mine for over a decade. I really started diving into it when I was struggling with a debilitating illness for many years. Intermittently, I would have times where I was able to experience a limited amount of what life had to offer; I always took photos for I knew those moments would be fleeting. Then on days where I struggled more, I had those precious moments I captured to remind me why I couldn't give up the fight. I can't express how much just one photo would impact me. Thankfully I’ve recovered, but with everything I went through my perspective on the world changed drastically. My gratitude is limitless as I now understand how truly sacred life is. I found how impactful and imperative it is to appreciate each and every moment we have on this earth. After experiencing that, I knew I wanted to share that with as many people as I could. It's so much more than just taking a pretty photo; it's about giving my clients a comfortable space for them to feel free to be their authentic, true selves and to capture those moments so they can be treasured forever. Naturally photography and design flourished into my career and I truly couldn't ask for more. I feel so incredibly privileged to be a part of helping my clients to create those memories. Recognizing their needs and visions then helping to bring them fruition.
Initially starting with fashion and staging; my photography and editing skills have evolved to encompass a variety of diversified techniques and styles. Ranging from abstract fashion shoots, portraits, composites, events; children and family as well as commercial-grade product photos for marketing and advertisement. There has never been a project too arduous for me; I'm always willing and excited to challenge my skills to ensure my clients satisfaction. I'm constantly educating myself on a daily basis so I can effectively accommodate my clients to the best of my abilities. I also offer up to three revisions after editing the photos to provide a custom style and look that speaks to each individual client. I know every client is different and that means putting in some extra work to guarantee satisfaction.
I strive to create a full experience during my shoots; I consider that to be exceedingly meaningful. My intentions are to truly expose, not only outer beauty, but the beauty that remains within all of us. I have also expanded my graphic design skills to now include web design. With my custom-tailored web designs, I can now create media platforms for anyone seeking out help in that area.
By taking a personal interest in my clients and their specific visions of their desired outcomes, I am able to convey their messages, feelings, and most importantly their authentic selves. I sincerely feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to share these beautiful, rare, and unique moments with my clients. I feel it's a gift that I am whole heartily indebted for.
